We have been invited by Hayward Rotary Club to help with food service at the Rowell Ranch Rodeo on May 21st and 22nd! This is a great way to earn service hours, and is open to both youth and adults.

If members of your troop are interested in helping, but you don’t have a minimum of 2 adults available, please contact myself or the event chair, Vrushali (510-229-8257).

Please share the information below with the families in your troop.

• Youth should be registered in the slots labeled “BOY SCOUTS”.
• Adults are welcome to sign up for any other slots not marked “ROTARIAN ONLY” or “RO”.
• Scoutmasters: Please sign up your troop’s volunteers online.
  The event has free parking for volunteers.
• Identify yourself with Hayward Rotary to get in the gate for free and find the Main Food Booth to check in.
